The information is guidance, not authority

The requirement pages are compiled from state licensing authorities and are provided for general guidance. Licensing rules change, and this site cannot guarantee that every figure is current at the moment you read it. Always verify requirements with your own state licensing authority before making CE decisions. CE Pilot is not a licensing authority and does not provide legal advice.

The tracker is a tool, not a compliance guarantee

CE Pilot reminds you of deadlines you have entered. It cannot know about a requirement change, a course your board refuses to approve, or a renewal you have not told it about. Using the tracker does not transfer responsibility for your licence compliance to us.

Accounts and payment

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and recur until cancelled. Cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled case by case — if the tracker did not do what it says it does, say so and we will make it right.

Acceptable use

You may use the information pages freely, including linking to them. You may not scrape the site at abusive volume, attempt to disrupt the service, or resell the requirement data as your own product without adding genuine value.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CE Pilot is not liable for any loss arising from use of this site or the tracker, including any licence lapse, fine, or lost income. The maximum liability is the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months.

Changes

These terms may be updated. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
